By downloading, installing, or using jodi777 - Osho Meditation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

The app provides streaming access to spiritual audio discourses and meditation talks. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only.

2. Account & Login

• Login is done via OTP sent to your mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Premium content requires a paid subscription: ₹49/month or ₹129/quarter.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscription is activated immediately after successful payment.
• Prices may change; existing active subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

4. Refund Policy

• Since the subscription gives instant access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable.
• If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us within 7 days at madanlalsolankias@gmail.com — we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
• Duplicate/failed transaction amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not download, record, redistribute, or sell the audio content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app or servers.
• Do not share your account access with others for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The app design, code, and branding are the property of the app operator. Audio discourses are spiritual content made available for streaming; all rights in the underlying content remain with their respective rights holders.

7. Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
